CNC Milling
CNC milling in Verona and the surrounding province, on wood, plastic, and non-ferrous metals. A computer-controlled milling bit that carves, cuts, and shapes solid material, following the design to within a tenth of a millimetre. Where 3D printing adds material, CNC milling removes it — and it’s the right approach when you need a solid, robust, and precise part.
What you can get out of it
Shapes and custom-made pieces
Cut and shaped components in wood, plastic, or panel. From custom shapes to pieces that need to fit perfectly into something else.
Jigs and tools
Machining jigs, templates, fixtures and tooling for your workshop or production line. Tools that help you work better and faster.
Metal pieces and engravings
Components and prototypes in non-ferrous metals, nameplates, deep engraving. Where the strength of solid metal is needed, not the lightness of a printed part.
…and anything that has to be cut out of solid stock.
How it works, in two lines
Start with a plate or a solid block of material. A rotating bit — the milling bit — moves guided by the computer and removes the excess material, one pass at a time, until only the piece you wanted remains. Like a sculptor, but with the precision of a machine.
The result is a solid piece, machined from solid stock, with a sturdiness that printing cannot match.
Big or small, we’ll get there
We have a large-format CNC for big parts and a smaller one for precision work. And when you need to machine something truly enormous, beyond the capacity of our machines? We know the local companies with giant CNCs: we manage the job, find the best price, and you get the part without having to call anyone.
We do it in-house and it costs a certain amount, we have it done externally and it costs a little more — but we always manage the work for you.
What we can work with
What we need from you
A project file or a drawing with dimensions. If you only have the idea and not the file, we design it for you, already planning how it will be milled — so the part comes out right the first time.
